Terms & Conditions – The 360
1. Scope of Work
The 360 includes a core brand foundation (brand strategy, logo suite, color palette, typography, Canva kit upload) and six client-selected deliverables from a curated list. Any services beyond the six selected items may be added at an additional fee.
2. Timeline
The standard project timeline is 6–8 weeks from the agreed-upon start date. Timelines may shift depending on client responsiveness and feedback turnaround. If delays occur on the client side, the designer reserves the right to pause the project and/or apply additional hourly billing to complete it.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to respond to communication within 3 business days, provide timely feedback, and submit required materials before the project start date. Delays in communication may affect the project timeline and result in rescheduling or rescoping.
4. Payment Terms
The 360 is a $7,500 experience. Payment plans are available and split into three equal parts:
✣ $2,500 to secure your start date (non-refundable)
✣ $2,500 due at Week 3
✣ $2,500 due at Week 6 (final delivery)
All payment reminders are automated. Project timelines are based on on-time payments and active collaboration.
5. Additional Services
Clients may purchase additional deliverables at a discounted rate of 20% off standard pricing if booked during or after The 360. Additional work outside the original scope may be billed at an hourly rate or flat rate, to be agreed upon in writing.
6. Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or significant directional changes may be billed at an hourly rate.
7. Ownership & Usage
Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the final approved assets. Draft files, unused concepts, and working documents remain the intellectual property of the designer.
8. Project Pause Policy
If a project is inactive for more than 14 days without written communication, it will be considered paused. A $250 restart fee may apply to resume work. Projects paused for 30+ days may be closed or require rescheduling.
9. Communication
All project communication will take place via email or scheduled Zoom calls. Response time is typically within 1–2 business days.
10. Cancellation
If the client chooses to cancel the project after payment has been made, no refund will be issued. If the designer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, any incomplete work will be refunded proportionally.
