Terms & Conditions for The Quickie+

By purchasing The Quickie+ through E ✣ WEST, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

The Quickie+ is an accelerated strategic and creative sprint combined with post-session execution support designed to help founders and businesses develop a cohesive brand system and launch-ready visual presence quickly and efficiently.

The service includes a live 3-hour collaborative working session followed by turnkey implementation based on the direction established during the session.

2. Scope of Work

The Quickie+ may include, but is not limited to:

  • Brand positioning direction

  • Mini brand strategy

  • Art direction and moodboarding

  • Logo concepts and supporting variations

  • Typography systems

  • Color palette systems

  • Brand style guide

  • Launch graphics

  • Canva Brand Kit setup

  • Social templates

  • Proposal or pitch templates

  • Organized asset delivery

Deliverables vary depending on project needs, available materials, and the direction established collaboratively during the session.

3. Collaborative Nature of Service

The Quickie+ is a collaborative and accelerated working experience.

Strategic and creative decisions are made in real time during the live session. The Client acknowledges that all core creative direction is approved collaboratively during the sprint itself.

Because of the compressed nature of the service, The Quickie+ is intended for founders and teams prepared to make decisions quickly and actively participate in the process.

4. Post-Session Execution

Following the live session, E ✣ WEST executes and builds deliverables based on the approved direction established during the sprint.

Post-session execution is production-based implementation, not an additional discovery or exploration phase.

All deliverables created following the session reflect the approved strategic and visual direction finalized during the live sprint.

5. Revisions

The Quickie+ does not include open-ended revision rounds.

Minor refinements may be made at the discretion of E ✣ WEST where appropriate during the post-session execution phase.

Additional revisions, stakeholder-driven changes, expanded exploration, redesign requests, implementation adjustments, or requests outside of the agreed scope may require additional billing at E ✣ WEST’s current hourly or project rate.

6. Client-Supplied Materials

The Client is responsible for supplying finalized materials required for development, including but not limited to:

  • Copywriting

  • Product imagery

  • Photography

  • Video assets

  • Brand information

  • Legal business information

Client-provided materials must be finalized prior to asset development unless otherwise agreed upon.

E ✣ WEST is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, missing, or late materials.

7. Internal Stakeholders & External Changes

E ✣ WEST is not responsible for revisions, reinterpretations, delays, implementation decisions, or creative modifications introduced after delivery by internal stakeholders, advisors, investors, marketing teams, agencies, developers, or third parties.

Any modifications made outside the approved direction established during the sprint are outside the scope and responsibility of E ✣ WEST.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the strategic preparation, scheduling, creative allocation, and execution involved in reserving The Quickie+ experience, refunds will not be issued once purchased.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at the discretion of E ✣ WEST with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the Client receives rights to use the finalized deliverables created during The Quickie+ for business and marketing purposes.

E ✣ WEST retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, unused concepts, strategic frameworks, methodologies, systems, processes, presentation structures, and creative development unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Portfolio & Promotional Rights

E ✣ WEST retains the right to display, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, and showcase preliminary concepts, creative development, process materials, and final deliverables for portfolio, editorial, educational, marketing, promotional, presentation, social media, and business development purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

11. Timeline & Delivery

The live sprint session lasts approximately 3 hours.

Post-session execution and final asset delivery are typically completed within 3 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, responsiveness, material delivery, or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Preferred Ongoing Support Rate

Quickie+ clients receive access to a preferred ongoing support rate of $160/hour for continued brand development, implementation support, and strategic creative work.

Projects requiring expanded scope or ongoing development may be transitioned into a custom proposal or retainer structure.

13. No Guarantee of Business Results

E ✣ WEST provides strategic and creative expertise but does not guarantee financial performance, audience growth, conversions, launch success, revenue outcomes, investor interest, or business results resulting from deliverables created during The Quickie+.

14. Limitation of Liability

E ✣ WEST shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, operational, or business-related damages arising from the use or inability to use deliverables, strategic recommendations, launch assets, or creative direction provided during The Quickie+.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing The Quickie+, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
